Intro Lesson

In this session, we’ll start by discussing your riding goals and what you’re looking to achieve through coaching. Then, we’ll work through short sections on body position and braking to identify your strengths and the key areas for improvement. This lesson serves as the foundation for unlocking your full riding potential, ensuring future sessions are tailored to help you progress efficiently and confidently.

Intro Lesson

The Foundation

  • If you're new to mountain biking or still getting comfortable on the trails, we’ll start in a relaxed learning environment with terrain that helps you gain confidence and control.

  • For riders looking to take things further, we’ll explore more varied terrain and introduce new challenges while ensuring you feel comfortable and in control every step of the way.

  • If you're an experienced rider wanting to push your limits, we’ll take on more demanding trails and focus on refining your skills in a dynamic and challenging environment.

No matter your level, I’ll create a session that matches your ability and helps you ride with more confidence, skill, and enjoyment.
